Please read the following campaigns to help Wolves & other Endangered AnimalsGet involved and sign petitions, send emails and letters They all need our HELP! March 2, 2010Urge President Obama to End the War on WolvesHundreds of wolves have been killed in the northern Rockies since the Obama administration approved the Bush administration’s wrongheaded plan to prematurely eliminate federal protections for these magnificent animals -- more than 230 have been killed during wolf hunts that began in September and continue in Idaho even now. Idaho has already extended its hunting season, putting even more wolf families in the crosshairs even pregnant wolf mothers due to give birth this spring. President Obama can and should fix his administration’s horrible mistake. Fill out the form below to urge the president to immediately restore life-saving federal protections for our wolves and help us send 40,000 messages before Friday, March 5th. URGENT ACTION NEEDED - PLEASE go to sign this and help the wolves.... thanks....
February 27, 2010Help Stop Anti-wolf legislation in Utah - Give Wolves a Future in Utah!Extremists in Utah have it in for wolves. Back in session for less than a week, Republican state Sen. Allen Christensen already introduced, ushered through committee and passed a bill in the state senate that would allow officials to remove or destroy any wolf that crosses into areas of Utah unprotected by the Endangered Species Act. Click here to fill out letter to help these wolves..... Urge Cabela’s and Sportman’s Warehouse to Withdraw their Support for Wolf-Killing DerbiesCabela’s and Sportsman’s
Warehouse -- two major outdoor retailers -- sponsored three recent “predator
derbies, competitions where contestants were awarded three points for each wolf
they killed. Fill out the form below to add your name to our petition urging Cabela’s and Sportsman’s Warehouse to withdraw their support for “predator derbies” that target wolves. Click here to fill out the letter and stop these retailers... Bring Back the “Twilight” Wolves Wolves could soon be making a return to Washington state, including the Olympic National Park peninsula... and not just on the silver screen. Wolves play a big part in the new movie Twilight: New Moon©, but these magnificent animals have played an even bigger role on Washington’s Olympic Peninsula, the real-world setting of the Twilight© movies and books. Tragically, the extensive wolf extermination campaigns of the late 1800s eliminated these animals from the Pacific Northwest landscape -- tearing a gaping hole in the natural balance and cultural tapestry that makes Washington so special. Now wolves are beginning to return to Washington, and state officials are considering how to best manage them. Please click on the link below to sign our petition to Washington Governor Chris Gregoire and let her know that America wants wolves in Washington! Thanks for helping… Help End Aerial Wolf Killing: Urge Your Representative and Senators to Co-Sponsor the PAW ActSo far, more than 1,000 wolves have been chased down by gunmen in low-flying aircraft and killed with high-powered rifles. This year alone, more than 250 wolves have been killed -- making the 2008/2009 aerial wolf killing season one of the deadliest in years. Congressman George Miller and Senator Dianne Feinstein have introduced the Protect America’s Wildlife (PAW) Act, federal legislation to end the controversial practice of using aircraft and gunmen to chase and kill wolves in Alaska. Will you urge your representative and senators to help get the PAW Act passed into law? Complete the form below to urge your representative
and senators to sign on as co-sponsors of the PAW Act and help end this awful
practice in Alaska and prevent it from spreading to places like the Northern
Rockies. Click Here to Sign the petition April 19, 2008

April 7, 2008 Help the Red Wolves stay truly red.
.
Wolves are on on the endangered species list. Of all Wolves though
the Red Wolf is the most critically faltering. The problem is not that
they are low in number. The problem is Coyotes. The Red wolves began
mating with Coyotes and not other Red Wolves. This is why most Red
Wolves now are not pure Red wolves. Coyotes look a lot like Red
Wolves so the Wolves must be tested to see if they are true Red
Wolves or not. If we don't keep these pure Wolves in zoo or
such and mate them the Red Wolf will disappear forever.

We the undersigned, would like to express our opinion on Red Wolves.
We would wish to show that we care. We think that pure Red Wolves should
be keep in captivity and breed. These should be lead back into the wild
so that the Red Wolf can live out.
